Digital marketing intern

Indiana Limestone Fabricators

Paid | Public Relations | In-Person | Internship | Part-time | Region: Midwest (IL, IN, MI, OH, WI)

Company Overview

ILF is a dynamic custom cut limestone fabrication company looking to expand our online presence and engage our audience through innovative digital marketing strategies. Join our team to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment!

Position: Digital Marketing Intern

Location: Remote / Spencer, IN
Type: Part-Time, Internship (TBA)
Compensation: Paid

Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management:
    • Create, schedule, and post engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
    • Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with followers to build community.
    • Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
  • Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
    • Conduct keyword research to optimize website content for search engines.
    • Assist in on-page SEO tasks, including meta tags, alt text, and content optimization.
    • Support link-building efforts and monitor website analytics to track SEO performance.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns that align with brand goals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose new ideas to enhance online visibility.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience with content creation (graphic design, video editing, or copywriting) is a plus.
