Advertising campaign for Handsome Brook Farms eggs
Students Nicole Stawski, Chris Schmidt, and Karina Villa created an advertising campaign for Handsome Brook Farms eggs for MSCH-A 451 Portfolio ll. Egg prices were a hot topic during the spring 2025, so it was was a challenge to work around the higher prices of Handsome Brook Farms pasture-raised eggs. Many companies market themselves as having a “green thumb” when their practices are anything but. However, Handsome Brook Farms’ higher cost helps them create sustainable and humane farming practices to utilize ethical farming practices to produce eggs from happy hens so consumers can have a great source of organic, guilt-free protein. In their campaign, the students highlighted these practices for consumers to understand the higher cost.
